16 members of the INSEAD IDN network joined a webinar on June 16, 2021 to discuss the Latest trends in Belgian and International Boards.

Reyhan Gulec and Francois Reyntens presented their insights. The debate, moderated by Hagen Schweinitz and Xavier Bedoret, revealed the impact of quotas, the significance of the matter to be owned by the boards and top management, the importance of building a strategy for the talent pipeline, the necessary transformation of corporate culture, as well as the work needed on ambition and self-confidence.

Reyhan concluded by saying: “gender diversity is a concern not only for women but for all of us“. François added: “directors have to act on what they say, as we all agree on the progress to be made”.
